tight or shark? Empty
PostSubject: tight or shark?   tight or shark? EmptyFri Mar 05, 2010 9:56 am

to each their own i suppose...
my personal preference goes out to becoming the shark after the blinds are at level5 or so...
till then i remain very tight only stealing back my blinds or playing high pockets or AK AQ suited.
i find that if you do so, people notice your tight play very fast.. and believe most bets you make.
once ive doubled up at least once, i turn from tight to very sharkish... going after every small stack and bluffer at the table.
this can go wrong very fast or very good very fast... i guess its a matter of your opponents and your overal play how it turns out for you.
as soon as 3 players out of 10hnd game are out... and my stack is twice the beginstack... im gonna go on a rampage Razz
every facecard is a min.raise, every lowpair or AK AQ combo is a 3xBB raise, however hih pockets are slowplayed...

this type of play is not for the weak players, you need big balls and good insight/read on your opponent.
i play sit n goes for 6 years now, and bounty sit n goes for 4years give or take... so ive got my experience on my side..
but try it out on the smaller bounty tables... it works really well...
